Can I access HIV medication in the UK as a foreign student?

I am an international student coming to the UK in 2023. I am currently taking ART. Is the drug available for free in the UK for international student just like me ? How much would it cost to buy one? Do I have to buy NHS health insurance?

HIV medication is free to anyone in the UK. This is regardless of their status e.g., migrant, student, resident.
Access is from sexual health clinics. These are all over the UK.
You do not need health insurance to access these services.
