Is it normal to have side effects while on PEP?

I’m week 3 on PEP and I am experiencing signs of terrible headache, my tummy aches, tiredness and very weak.
Is it normal? Just experienced it last week until now but the first week I never had side effects.

Yes this is normal. What medication are you taking for PEP. Commonly TLD is used and TLD can cause all fo the side effects you have mentioned.
It is not uncommon for side effects to happen after a week. The level of drug increases in your body while you are taking PEP and side effects happen before your body gets used to it.
Are you still able to work/do regular daily activities while you have these effects? If they are impacting you daily it is important to speak to a doctor about them.
