Will a 2-drug regimen work as PEP?

I was prescribed only Truvada as a PEP because I was exposed because a condom broke. Now I finished the 30 day pill. Can I still be exposed because I didn’t add the third drug?

A 2-drug regimen is still suitable to be used as PEP. 2 drugs are effective. It is recommended to use 3 but this is based low evidence. It is more so offered as a conditional recommendation, instead of it actively being better than 2 alone.

As you were already using a condom, even though it broke, your risk is already lower than most.
