Can switching treatment cause the flu?

I switched from Aluvia to dolutegravir and since then I have flu which does not go away. Could it be the switching?

How long have you had the flu? and when did you switch?

Changing treatment is not going to cause flu. Have you mentioned this to you doctor if this is ongoing?
