Can I get infected with HIV from my friend's cat?

My friend is HIV positive. She recently got a new kitten who scratches her a lot when playing. If I am over at her house and the kitten scratches her causing her to bleed and then scratches me, could I get HIV?

It is highly unlikely that you could get HIV through your HIV positive friend cat scratching them and then scratching you. There are no documented cases of transmission happening in this way.
