Hi I’ve stopped taking my meds for 2 weeks now because I’m out of the country and I run out of my medication. I’m coming back home tomorrow, I’m scared I feel like I’m losing weight can I start again?

Yes. You can start treatment again as soon as you are home.
What is the name of the HIV treatment you are using?
2 weeks is too quick for any noticeable weight changes to occur due to stopping treatment. How much weight do you think you have lost? Has anything else changes that could cause this e.g., stress, eating less or more exercise?
As you have been without treatment for 2 weeks, are you able to access a viral load test for a few weeks/months after restarting to check that your treatment is continuing to work?
