If a person taking ART is exposed again to HIV, will ART work like PrEP? Meaning the new exposure will not make the viral load high again?

Yes you are correct. ART will work like PrEP.

As long as you are taking your treatment as you normally do, ART will act as PrEP and prevent further exposures. Your viral load will not increase.
