Can I take a break from Biktarvy?

I have been reading that some people had stopped taking Biktarvy for a month and then started up again. It was working for them as well, because of health issues. I have HIV. I want to make sure it will start working again. So it doesn’t turn into full blown AIDS. I am scared. I’m not ready to die yet. Will it start working again after a few days or weeks.

What are your health concerns with Biktarvy?
Biktarvy is a treatment designed to be taken every day. Each time you have an extended break it does have a risk of resistance.
The more breaks, the more chance there is for resistance.
What benefits do you think you are to missing Biktarvy for a month? Are you regularly having health checks with your doctor?
In some countries injectables are becoming available. Is this something you would prefer? e.g., in the UK it is an injectable ART that is given every 2 months instead of a daily pill.
