Can I use a nasal spray if taking TLD?

Hi I-base, I am currently using the combination TLD, is ok to use nasal spray for a block nose? or do you have any advice on which antihistamines I can use to give some reliefs?? Thanks

Yes you can use a nasal spray.

There will be no interaction between a nasal spray and your ARVs.

Do you have any antihistamines in mind that you would like to use?
