If someone take 5 pill and 3 Strepsils at once what happened?

Taking 3 Strepsils at once is not going to cause any problem.

What was the 5 pills you took? and did you do this intentionally? You should speak with your pharmacist about anything that you should do.

If you are unable to see your pharmacist you should go to your local emergency room/urgent treatment centre.
