Should I skip my evening dose?

Hi. I took my morning dose at 2 pm. Can I take evening dose at 11 pm to get on a better schedule? Or should I skip my evening dose tonight?

What is the name of the meds you are taking? Is this for Paxlovid? If you are talking about Paxlovid:
No you do not need to skip the evening dose. As suggested you can take the evening dose at 11pm. You can then continue with 11am and 11pm for the duration of the course.
Having this once dose slightly closer to each other is not going to be a problem.
