What are the possibilities of transmission?

I got my negative result from rapid test with my partner, three months after encounter. But I have these white spots on my lips and occasional joint pain. I had fatigue for a while but now its gone. Should I take another test? What are the possibilities of get infected in the testing centers, through door handles etc

The symptoms you are describing could be for many possible ailments and if you are worried you need to see a doctor about them. I do not think you need another test.
The possibility of your getting infected from a door handle at a testing center are zero.
HIV is CANNOT be transmitted that way.
