Q and A

Question

Can I have a baby if I have AIDS?

Answer

The short answer to your question is yes. Many women who are HIV positive have used antiretroviral treatment for over a decade. The benefits of the treatment are for the mothers health as well as reducing the risk of the baby becoming HIV positive to almost zero.
