Could my HIV test results be affected?

Question:
Two years ago, I lost my hair in patches from stress. Since then my hair has grown back. My question is, if I had an auto immune disease, will it affect the result of my HIV blood test after one week less than three months?

There are many autoimmune diseases and it is entirely possible that you can get a false positive  test from an instant point-of-care-test. The 4th generation laboratory testing doesn’t give false results.
