Hello,

I am heterosexual single male. I use condoms for penetrative sex but not for receiving oral sex.

Does receiving oral sex (being sucked) possess zero risk for HIV?

It is almost impossible to get HIV from receiving oral sex (risk is 0 to 0.04%). For more detailed information please follow this link to a similar question.

    Receptive oral sex means giving head (sucking), the one who does oral sex
    I asked receiving oral sex (being sucked), the one who is taking oral sex

    If you look at Table 2 on page 82 of the UK National Guidelines for use of PEP for HIV following sexual exposure’ you will see that it states ‘Receptive oral sex (fellatio) 0-0.04% risk’.

    I followed the link and open the PEP guide printed by British Assoc. It says giving oral sex is 0 to 0.04% risk but there is no data on receiving oral sex.
    While giving answers I suggest you to read first.
