Do I have to pay for antiretrovirals?

I used to pay for my regular medicines because I am working. Do I have to pay for HIV treatment as well?

Thank you for your question. I hope that you mean that as a UK resident and because you are working you pay for your prescriptions (rather than for the actual treatment which is free).
HIV treatment on the National Health Service (NHS) is also free without payment, and you are also unlikely to have to pay a prescription for HIV drugs.
