How good is the treatment in Pakistan?

Any idea how good is the treatment in Pakistan? My brother is HIV+ve and lives in Pakistan. I am really worried for him, please answer.

I am afraid, our expertise does not really cover Pakistan in terms of quality of service there. Sorry for this. As far as I have heard from colleagues, however, the access to treatment is fine in the big centres. What exactly they provide though is really out of my competence; you will need to inquire there, as I may mislead you.
