How do I do to buy my ARVs while I'm in London?

I’m going to stay in London for a few months. Here in Brazil I have free medicine, so I like to now how do I do to buy my remedy while I’m in London.
Answer
It would be very expensive to arrange to buy meds in the UK and it would be better if you could bring your medication with you, or post it ahead of time to a friend or relative in the UK first.
Treatment is free here too, but only for European citizens, or people entitled to treatment in the UK for other reasons, and there is not a reciprocal arrangement between UK and Brazil to provide medical care for each others citizens.
