Q and A

Question

Will the change in time affect timing for my medication?

The clocks are going back this weekend. How do I adjust the time I take my tablets? I need to keep them at the same time. Do I just take them at usual time I.e. 0730 and 1930 but this will mean one day I am taking them an hour late. Or do I adjust the time gradually prior to the clocks changing?

Answer

As the clock changes many people on HIV treatment medication will think about what effect this will have on taking their medication. As this is just an hour in time change it makes no difference.

please find attached answer to the same question. Take them the same clock time and don’t worry that it is technically one hour later for this one dose.
