Why does my CD4 count change between 175 and 185?

I have been taking atripla for almost a year and what suprises me is that my viral load is undetectable and my CD4 keeps on fluactuating. 6 months ago it was 185 and now is 175. What could be the cause?
Answer
There is no difference in these two results. A doctor would interpret them as exactly the same.
CD4 levels vary slightly thoughout the day and from week to week without meaning that there is a real change to your immune system.
