Do you think this poses risk for my boyfriend?

I’am HIV+ and my partner is HIV-.We were making out the other night. There was no anal sex or oral sex, but I ejuaculated on myself and my partner was on top of me which has me worried as he may have came into contact with my semen. I know the virus is difficult to contract this way but I’am worried about him.My viral load is 24000 and I am not on meds .
Do you think this incident poses much of a risk to him?

The skin is a good protection unles there are anu cuts/wounds. This is generally a low risk activity. There is moe on testing and transmission here.
