Can we use a condom as a protective measure?

I am HIV+ and have a partner with me. We intend to marry. Can we while married use condom and other means as a preventive method. She is negative.

Yes. Condoms, if used properly, are a very good protection against infection. There are many couples around the world where one of the partners is positive and the other negative and everything is fine.
