What would you say to someone who has the very initial questions?

What would you say to someone who has just been told they were HIV+ and they asked you if there were drugs available to them, what they were, how many & how often they need to be taken, are they the same for everyone, will they work for ever, what happens if I miss a dose, will they make me ill, can I still drink alcohol, do they have side affects, will they make me impotent, am I better off not taking them, etc.
