Can I use terbinafine?

Is it OK to use terbinafine 250mg for six weeks? I’m currently on Atripla, with an undetectable viral load now for 18 months.

Yes, terbinafine does not interact with your combination.
Depending on what you need to treat, there are other antifungals that do not interact with your ARVs either. Some of them may be a better option. That is why a discussion with an HIV doctor is necessary.
