I’m sorry but I am not sure if I understand your question.

If you are worried about the risks of transmitting HIV to a negative sexual partner please have a look at our guide to testing and transmission. The risk for transmitting HIV to a woman will be the same if she is breastfeeding or not. A baby can only be infected through breast-milk if the mother is HIV positive.
