How do you increase a CD4 count naturally in weak patients who have a CD4 of 30 and weight 34 kilos? They are newly diagnosed.

Your CD4 is low, therefore its important that you start ARVs as soon as possible. Only ARVs can help your HIV.
Because your CD4 is 30, its also important that you take antibiotics. Please see the following for why:

The only way a person can increase their CD4 count when positive is by being on medication. Are you on medication? If you are then you’re already doing the best thing possible for your HIV. If you aren’t on meds, please see here:
