I’m undetectable, can I stop meds?

If my viral load is undetected after I started using ARVs, can I stop using them? If I stop will my viral load re appears or it will stop as well?

Your viral load is undetectable because you take medication. If you stop taking medication your viral load will rebound, this will happen within a week or so of stopping medication.

If you want to continue to control your HIV you’ll need to be on medication.
