A viral load of 23copies/ml is excellent. It means that your HIV is 100% under control. It means that you’re undetectable, please see here: https://i-base.info/u-equals-u/

If you’re on ARVs and your CD4 count is 4, this means that your meds aren’t working. You’re going to need to talk to your doctor and, as soon as possible as your CD4 is very low. It is possible for your CD4 count to rise, you do however need to be on the right medication. Ideally you should be getting specialist care as you’re more prone to opportunistic infections.
I mean i was infected by hiv in 2011 by doing anul sex ive staterd to take treatment August 29 and my cd4 is 4 but i was never having sex aftr infected why cd4 drops to 4 low as i were told
