Pregnant and feeling sick

I’m HIV positive and 4 months pregnant, When I try to take medicine I vomit the whole day. My stomach becomes painful and i feel nausea all the time, and I also fill dizzy.

There are two things that may be overlapping.
One is that you may have side effects from treatment, so your doctor needs to know about this.
The secons is that you are pregnay, and sometimes morning sickness also makes you feel nausea – though this is normally in the first three months.
Please speak to your doctor or someone at your clinic about this.
Without more details about your history or treatment it is difficult to be more specific to. If you are sick after taking meds, they may not be being absorbed properly and you may be better to use a different combination.
