I started using Tribuss today and they said to take it at night. Is this safe?

Tribuss is a widely used and effective medication. It is a generic version (a copy) of a pill called Atripla.

Tribuss is usually recommended to be taken at night before you go to sleep. This is this is an effective way to avoid some of the side effects. Because you will be asleep when drug levels are highest you can avoid some side effects. These side effects are linked to efavirenz, one of the three meds in the pill. It is also recommended that you don’t take Tribuss with a high fat meal. High fat meals can increase efavirenz levels and again in turn side effects.
