UK PrEP 2025 guidelines online

On 4 June 2025, HIV Medicine published an open-access review of the new and long-awaited BASHH/BHIVA guidelines for HIV PrEP in the UK. [1]
The guidelines were then published on the BASHH website in July. [2]
The review is co-authored by the three guideline co-chairs and refers to the accompanying guidelines, which are still difficult to find and might still just be in press.
However, this will hopefully be rectified soon because the recommendations themselves are so important.
An i-Base community review that summarises the 10 key changes is also now online. [2]
The UK Guide to PrEP is also already updated to include the new guideline changes. [3]
