How can i increase my CD4 count?

I have HIV and my CD4 count is 525. How can i make sure it doesn’t fall and increase it?

HIV treatment is the only way to increase CD4 count.
A CD4 of 525 is strong, in the UK people do not usually start treatment until it falls 350. This is because studies so far have shown that there is no long term health benefit to starting earlier.
Once you are on treatment there are things you can do to maintain the C4 count you have. Most of this has to do with good general health. This includes having a balanced diet, getting regular exercise and not getting stressed.
