I’ve been diagnosed and my CD4 count is 609? Will i survive and can i have children? I’m not on treatment.
Answer
A CD4 of 610 is strong and show that your immune system is working well.
Many people with HIV live long and comparatively healthy lives. If people start treatment by the time your CD4 count falls to 350 many can expect to live as long as someone that does not have HIV.
Many women with HIV also safely have HIV negative children. This is also done using treatment.
