Will herbal remedies interact with my ARVs?

I am positive and am currently taking anti-retrovirals: truvada and neviraprine and also aciclovir for herpes management.
I am interested in taking a course of homeopathic remedies which are classed as narayani remedies. The first remedy is a kidney & liver cleanser. This contains: Benzoic acid, bereris, cantharis, erbium, ocinum canum, cardus mar, chelidonium, china, lycopodium, mercurius, phosphorus and parathyroid.
The Second remedy is silica terra, which is flint.
The main reason for this was due to recurrent chest infections, leading to steroid treatment, which never really seemed to clear up the problem. I am asthmatic and have experienced it in chronic form as a child and had frequent attacks. I find that stress has been a large factor in how quickly/ slowly I recover from a cold or chest infection and if highly stressed and have found my energy levels quickly depleted from it.
Apparently all energies of the stated substances are very safe, however, I wanted to check if there would be any conflict with my medication and wanted to keep my status as confidential.

Herbal supplements and products can have interactions with ARVs. Therefore, please ask your pharmacy or HIV doctor first before you take them.
Hi Bobby, as with all supplements you can avoid interactions by taking Jigsmur and your ARVs at opposite ends of the day.
This is regardless of how much Jigsmur you drink, as long as it is still a recommended amount.
Whats the dose of Jigsmur one on Arv take, and what is their interaction?
Hi Noluthando, yes you can drink chamomile tea with your ARVs. There is no risk of interaction between the two.
I am on Rizene ARV. I am struggling to sleep at night, but with the help of chamomile tea I manage to sleep sometimes but not more than 6 hours. I need to find out if it is safe to drink chamomile tea with my arv’s at night?
Hi Delnick, yes you can drink herbal tea. This will not interact with your treatment.
If your current treatment from your doctors is not working for your haemorrhoids, you can return and there will be other treatment options available.
Iam on ARV and I have been having Hemorrhoids for the past few months. Can I drink herbal medicine seeing that, the medication I got from doctors ain’t working?
Hi Nolonwabo who have you been advised why to take blood circulation tonic by? and have you been to see your doctor about these ulcers?
The ingredients used in blood circulation tonic will not interact with your ARVs. There is also no evidence to suggest they will treat or prevent ulcers.
Hi I am suffering from Ulcers and I am taking ARV’s so I was advised to take a blood circulation tonic from Orijins product it is ok to do so?
