With a CD4 count of 540,and on treatment of oestomyelitis can only Tenolum E improve your health?

Osteomyeltis and HIV are two health conditions that are treated differently. What you’re taking for your HIV, (Atripla) is a very effective ARV. It is an ARV that is commonly used all over the world. It will control your HIV. This is even if you have a high CD4 count. It is your ARV’s and them alone that will help your HIV.
What medication are you taking for the Osteomyeltis? I’m asking as its always better to make sure that there is no drug interactions with HIV meds and other medications.
