When applying for a work visa for the UK you being HIV positive wont’ be an issue. You don’t need to do a medical test for HIV when applying for a visa.

That’s great that your girlfriend is starting treatment straight away. But you can check with your doctor about what you need to take. If your test came back negative your doctor might give you PEP for a month if you haven’t been using condoms.
But it’s a good idea to ask your doctor about all the treatment you might need. As your girlfriend is being treated for TB you might need meds to prevent this.
What are your girlfriend’s CD4 and viral load results? If her CD4 count is very low such as below 200 your doctor might treat TB first for a few weeks. Treating TB and HIV can be complex so it’s good to ask details of all treatment, for your girlfriend and yourself, when you see the doctor.

On yesterday we got confirmed by our doctor that she is having HIV + and we are going start this treatment also. Can we do both treatment at same time. And how much time it will take to recover her from TB & HIV + and get 100% fit.

Sorry to hear your girlfriend has TB and is HIV positive. But it’s good that she is getting TB treatment. Is she also taking HIV treatment (ART)?
And to answer your question, yes you can marry her and have child without risk to you and your baby. To do this she has to be taking ART and have blood tests showing she has an undetectable viral load. That means a result of less than 50 copies/mL. When someone has an undetectable viral load HIV cannot be transmitted if they don’t use condoms. Please see this link to U=U.
You can talk to your doctor about ART and also ask if you can use PrEP until your girlfriend’s viral load is undetectable. PrEP can be taken if you don’t want to use condoms while viral load is reduced to under 50 copies/mL.

My girlfriend is getting treatment of TB since last 10 month’s but suddenly her TB Gets reactivate and now converted into HIV positive. As per our doctor he confirmed that she is having Hiv + due to transmission through urinary or someone else is having that virus in her nearby atmosphere. She is still healthy but sometimes in the night she get cold,fever, or sometimes problem in breathing in the night. After that we had done blood test which was our doctor suggest us and now he comes to know that she is Hiv positive
I just want to know that i don’t have HIV + person BUT still i want to marry her and have child in future without infected to me our child in feature.
Is this possible
