The UK does not require an HIV test for any visitor visa, including for students.

Here in the UK, there are no entry or residence regulations for people living with HIV. You don’t need a medical certificate and you don’t need to have an HIV test when entering the country. People visiting who are HIV positive are not subject to specific residence regulations. If you are planning to study in the UK, please bring a copy of your clinic reports. You can give this to a UK clinic when you’re resident here. Please bring enough meds with you so your HIV treatment is not interrupted while you get settled in.

Also incase one finds job after the studies, will he/she have to get the test done to obtain work permit like in other countries? In case its positive what is the consequence? Its more than a single question but i would really appreciate if you can address them all please.
