Advice on meds if travelling to Bali via Dubai…

Hi, I am traveling to Bali for vacation through Dubai (will be there for 8 hours), I just wanted to find out what documents are needed for me to travel with my medication.

Given how Dubai is a major transport hub, it should all be fine.
If you are not stopping in Dubai – ie it is a direct airport transfer, this is the easiest. If you are lucky, no-one will ask anything.
If you want to be prepared for anything more complicated, it might be good to have a doctors letter saying your meds are for a long term condition.
Ask your doctor not to mention HIV though because some arabic countries have HIV restrictions.
