I’d like to take my meds at a different time, is this OK?

I have started my ART week ago as soon as discovered HIV +.
Tenofovir+emtricitabine on 13:30 (after lunch), and Efavirenz on 21:00. My question is : can I change time of taking Efavirenz to 22:00, or it could cause drug resistance and I should continue to take it on 21:00 always?
Also is it ok to take some multivitamins and minerals with ART?

There’s no reason why you can’t take your meds all at once, so both the efavirenz and the Tenofovir and emtricitabine. Its also OK to take your meds at 10pm. You need to work to a time that suits you.
