Is this a symptom of early HIV infection?

I have recently had nausea, diarrhoea and abdominal pain. In addition to this, I have been feeling quite tired. Could this be a symptom of early HIV infection?

It is impossible to tell if you are HIV positive or if the symptoms you describe are early signs of HIV infection. The only way you can know for sure is if you get a HIV test.
