Hi, my CD4 count is 145. I’ve just started medication. Will my CD4 count increase? What will happen to my viral load?

It’s great to heat that you’ve started medication, this is really important. It’s the medication that will control your HIV.
Yes your CD4 count will increase, as to how high it isn’t possible to say, it will however rise. The important thing is to adhere to your medication.
With medication your viral load will decrease, ideally it should be undetectable within 1-3 months of starting medication. There’s more about this here: https://i-base.info/guides/side
