Can I take medication for pneumonia and ARVs together?

Hi, tested positive and my viral load is 46400 with cd count of 166. I have started with my art meds and also taking meds for preventing pneumonia, will this slow down my art meds?

When someone is diagnosed with HIV, if their CD4 count is low it’s common that they’ll be given bactrim of septrim, this will help prevent pneumonia.
