Question

Is it OK to take Volutrip in the morning?

Is it OK to take volutrip in the morning instead of in the evening?

Answer

Thanks for getting in touch.

Volutrip can be taken at any time of day, so yes, if the mornings work for you, you can take them then.

Hi, Volutrip is an antibiotic. It will not stop your chances of becoming pregnant. If you have been prescribed Volutrip you should take as soon as suggested by your doctor.

    Hi Nhlanhla,

This isn’t a side effect of the medication that you’re taking, therefore you need to talk to your doctor.

Hi. I have started taking Volutrip about a month now it is great that I don’t get dizzy, headaches, bad dreams, tiredness etc like when I was using Odimune.

My challenge is with Volutrip recently I have swollen feet, blisters, painful feet and itchiness.

I don’t want to change them, I have bought cream and Amocxl hoping it will vanish later.

What can I do to be sorted.

    Please help

    Hi Penelope,

Not everyone who starts meds has side effects. It doesn’t mean that they aren’t working. It’s great to hear that you’ve not had any side effects.

Hi Nompumelelo, Volutrip is a generic version of dolutegravir/TDF/lamivudine:

It generally has few side effects and delayed periods had not been reported. Please talk to your doctor if this continues or if you are worried.
