Can HIV positive people take daily exercise, that can prolong our lives?

Exercise is good for everyone. This includes HIV positive people.
Unless you have a medical reason not to exercise, keeping active helps in many ways,
It will help your heart, will keep you mobile and active and reduce depression. Keeping in shape will improve your quality of life and help you live longer.
