Have I been re-infected with HIV?

I am very worried. I am HIV positive and taking HIV medication. I have recently switched from stavudine to zidovudine.
A condom broke while having sex with a man whose status is unknown. Ever since I am experiencing very weak joints and sometimes my knee joints become painful. I have no any other symptoms.
Could it be drug side effects or re-infection? What could it be? Please help me.

I am sorry to hear you are not feeling well. It is very unlikely to be symptoms of re-infection.
Zidovudine can cause muscle pain and general weakness but joint pain is not a side effect. It could be that you are experiencing an underlying condition that is not related to the medication. As with every symptom you will need to talk to your doctor to get medical advice.
