How can I improve my CD4 count?

My mother is suffering from HIV, chest pain and abdominal colitis. Her CD4 count is 77, she has started to take tablets for HIV but she is not improving. Please give me suggestions to improve her CD4 count. Day by day she losing weight.

It is good that she has started her HIV medication. The only way to increase CD4 count is with HIV medication. There are not other resources that can help increase CD4 count. E.g., vitamins and supplements will have no effect.
It is important to keep looking after yourself. A balanced diet, keeping yourself physically and mentally active. Reducing stress and sleeping well. All things often recommend by a doctor to lead a healthy life. Is your mum being treated for chest pain and abdominal colitis. Managing these will help with managing HIV and vice versa.
Do you know why she is losing weight? There can be a number of reasons inc. diet, medication and possibly her colitis.
