Can I change the time my baby takes their ARVs?

Hi, is it safe to change my 4 week old baby’s ARV time from 10 pm to 8/9 pm, around the time when i’m taking my ARVs ?

Congratulations on having a baby. This is safe to do. An hour either side of their current time means there will still be an active level of drug within their body. Moving the time they take medication from 10pm to 8/9pm is safe.
It’s important that they take their ARVs at a time that best suits you both. If this is the time you take their own, and intend to give to you baby at the same time, this will be better for you both. It will also help keep to a more regular time which will be safer.
