What are the physical implications of non-adherence to ART?

Answer
There are no short-term implications on a physical level. You cannot diagnose resistance by the way the body looks.
If you are not adherent though, in the long run, your viral load would increase, your CD4 count would drop and as a result you would develop opportunistic infections
