I’m HIV positive and my baby is HIV negative. I’m not breastfeeding but I didn’t give her Ilvitrim suspension for 6 days. What will happen to her?

Congratulations on having a baby. How old is she?
Ilvitrim is not to prevent HIV. Ilvitrim is used to prevent other infections that she may be at risk of. As you are not breastfeeding it is not likely that anything will happen to your daughter.
Do you know how long the doctor prescribed her Ilvitrim for? and why did you miss giving her Ilvitrim for 6 days?
