Will missing one daily dose in 4 years increase my viral load?

Hi there, I’ve been undetectable for the last almost 4 years. A couple of weeks ago I forgot to take my daily medication. I only realised this the next day when I went to take the medication for that day.
My question is would forgetting to take my meds have increased my viral load? Thanks

No. This will not affect your viral load.
As you have been undetectable for so long and you have been adherent with your medication, missing one dose will have no risk.
This is because the level of medication within your body is high enough to stop HIV replicating within the time of one missed dose.
